1. Connecting to Campus Wi-Fi on Windows

Steps for Connecting on Windows 10/11:

  1. Open Wi-Fi Settings:

    • Click on the Wi-Fi icon in the system tray at the bottom right of your screen.
    • A list of available networks will appear.
  2. Select the Campus Network:

    • Look for the network named Student-GFC.
    • Click on it and then click the Connect button.
  3. Enter Your Credentials:

    • When prompted, enter your NetID (e.g., a12b345).
    • Use the same password that you use for Brightspace and Banner Web/MyInfo.
    • Click OK or Connect.
  4. Complete the Connection:

    • After a few moments, you should be connected to the Student-GFC network.
    • You may see a prompt asking if you want to set the network as public or private. Select Private if you’re on your personal device.

2. Connecting to Campus Wi-Fi on macOS

Steps for Connecting on macOS:

  1. Open Wi-Fi Settings:

    • Click on the Wi-Fi icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
    • A list of available networks will appear.
  2. Select the Campus Network:

    • Look for the network named Student-GFC.
    • Click on it to connect.

    • Click Join.
